AI Resume Editor
Open AI Resume Editor in your account. Start from your scanned resume or reopen a saved application. Numbered highlights show passages with proposed ATS-related edits. Change a replacement, accept it, or keep the original. Add comments and request another review to refine your current draft. Save your draft to keep it in your account and History; use Preview & download for PDF or Word.
Starter includes editing for five new applications per paid month. The first successful AI review or generated document for a new target uses one slot; revisions for that target are included during paid access. Pro includes unlimited editing. Manual edits and downloads of saved work remain available after paid access ends. AI suggestions do not guarantee an ATS score or an interview.
Your first resume and cover letter
- Upload a PDF, DOCX or TXT file up to 5 MB, or paste at least 80 characters of resume text. Your first guest scan does not need signup or a payment card.
- Review the estimate and three leading issues on Overview. Scores are estimates, not an employer’s actual screening result.
- Create a free account with Google for one resume build and one matching cover-letter generation. These benefits are each once per account.
- Add a real target job description when you want relevant tailoring. A cover letter needs enough job context to be useful; you can create and download the resume first.
- Review every claim, date, skill and contact detail. Make manual edits, save your work and download PDF or DOCX.
Free accounts include three ATS scans per calendar month, resetting in UTC, and three Google job searches per day. A search may return different openings over time. Check the employer’s page before applying.
Saved work and downloads
Use History in your workspace to reopen saved generations and results. Newly saved work belongs to the signed-in account, so use the same Google account when returning from another device.
Documents you have already generated remain accessible when an allowance is exhausted or a paid period ends. Manual edits and repeat downloads do not consume generation credits. Simple is the free style; new premium-style use requires an eligible paid plan. Existing saved documents keep their saved design.
A resume and a cover letter have separate AI allowances. Another successful AI rewrite consumes the relevant allowance; simply previewing or changing an available document style does not generate new text. A failed generation uses no allowance. Starter counts a target once across its resume, letter and revisions.
Before sending an exported document: Open it, check page breaks and spacing, verify that it is the intended job’s version, and follow the employer’s required file format.
7-day refund period
Both the $4.95 monthly Starter and $9.95 monthly Pro plan include a 7-day refund period after initially subscribing. To request a refund, open Contact support in your signed-in workspace within seven days of your initial subscription, choose Billing / refund request, and send your request.
This period applies to your initial subscription and does not restart on monthly renewal. Refund requests are reviewed and processed through support; submitting a request does not automatically issue a refund or cancel future renewal. You can cancel renewal in Settings → Manage billing.
Monthly billing and cancellation
Starter: $4.95 per month. Includes five new target applications each paid billing month, without rollover. The first successfully saved resume or letter uses one slot; the companion, AI revisions, matching checks and static interview brief are included for that target during paid access. A general resume draft also uses one slot. Unused slots do not roll over. Saving or archiving a job never consumes or refunds a slot. Free and legacy credits stay separate. Free and Starter include three live job searches per day; Pro includes ten. During that paid month, ATS scans, full reports and ATS Simulator checks are unlimited. The workflow kit and all five document styles are included.
Pro: $9.95 per month. Includes unlimited resume and cover-letter generations for individual use during the paid period, the Starter features, guided interview tools and LinkedIn positioning. Pro includes ten Google job searches per day; Starter includes three.
Paid subscriptions recur monthly until canceled. Allowance resets follow your paid billing period, rather than the Free plan’s calendar-month scan reset. Concurrent-action limits still apply to paid plans.
- Sign in to the Google account used for the purchase.
- Open My workspace → Settings → Manage billing.
- In the billing portal, review your subscription and cancel its future renewal if desired.
After cancellation, paid access continues through the paid period. Previously saved work remains available afterward. Account-data deletion requests are separate from subscription cancellation; cancel renewal in the billing portal if you want billing to stop.
If a payment appears successful but the app still shows Free, return to the same signed-in account and allow the payment status to refresh. Do not purchase a second subscription to solve an access issue. Contact support with the approximate purchase time and the account involved; never share a full card number.
Open account settingsCommon interruptions
Google sign-in was blocked or canceled
Allow the Google sign-in popup for ResumeHack and try again. If you closed it, return to the same page and choose the sign-in action when ready. Use the Google account containing your saved work.
My file could not be read
Check that it is PDF, DOCX or TXT and under 5 MB. If it is a scanned image or a password-protected document, try exporting a text-based version from the original editor. Pasting text is another option when you do not have a readable file.
Another action is still running
Different tools can run at the same time within your plan’s concurrency limit. The same tool cannot start a duplicate while its prior action is finishing. Keep your existing page open and use another tool, or wait for that action to finish.
An AI draft contains an incorrect claim
Edit or remove it before using the document. The system is instructed to work from supplied facts, but generated content still requires review. If the issue repeats, submit a support request describing the problem without including unnecessary sensitive details.
I want to delete my account information
Open support and choose the account-data or deletion request type. Requests are reviewed through your account; submitting one is not an instant deletion. If subscribed, use Manage billing to cancel future renewal separately.
Account support and data requests
Sign in and open Contact support to send a billing, document, technical or account-data request. Describe the action you took, the result you expected and the error shown. You can read the support reply in the app. If you need to add information afterward, send a follow-up request referring to the earlier request.
Do not send passwords, full payment card details, identity documents or unrelated private information. Include only the resume details needed to explain the issue. A request does not send anything to an employer.
